Every stay here is bed and breakfast. A home-cooked morning meal is part of your tariff — served fresh each day, never an extra on the bill. Tariff is per room, per night, for two adults. Extra guests, lunch and dinner, sightseeing and transport are arranged on request and quoted separately. 04 Booking Terms

A full 24-hour stay

Your stay runs a full 24 hours from the moment you arrive — check in at 6 PM and you check out at 6 PM the next day. No fixed check-out hour and no half-day lost to an early morning departure — you get the whole day you paid for.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations inside 48 hours are handled case by case by our reservations desk.

Payments

An advance confirms the room; the balance is settled at check-out. For invoices, GST or any billing question write to acchomestay@sinnis.in.
